Tuesday: 5:30 AM & 9 AM - Core Conditioning, Kettlebell Fundamentals, Self Defense
Thursday: 5:30 AM & 9 AM - Functional Movement, Bodyweight Exercise, and Yoga.
Saturday: 9:30 AM - Heavy Bag Blast

PM Group Fitness Schedule (30 min)
Tuesday and Thursday: 6:30 PM - Heavy Bag Blast
